Paine Wetzel – TCN Worldwide is pleased to announce that Vice President, Denise Chaimovitz, SIOR has recently completed four transactions in the Chicagoland area.
Chaimovitz, along with Paine Wetzel’s Sean Sloan represented the seller of an 87,500 SF property located at 3355 Sheridan Rd, in Zion, Illinois. The buyer of the property plans to convert this former Kmart space into a self-storage facility. The purchaser was represented by Brendan Green, Sr. Vice President, and Patrick Turner, Vice President of Colliers.
Chaimovitz completed the sale of 58,846 SF manufacturing facility at 7701-7707 Austin Avenue, Skokie to US T’S Inc. The seller, American Louver, recently relocated to 125,000 SF in Des Plaines where it expanded its operation. The buyer was represented by Cushman Wakefield’s Steve Stone and Marc Samuels.
SVI Themed Construction Solutions, Inc. executed a 10-year lease at 6227 Monroe Court, Morton Grove, Chaimovitz, SIOR represented the tenant in this 37,000 SF transaction, while the landlord was represented by CBRE.
Chicago based Aero Trade purchased the facility at 2900 W. Chicago Avenue. This will be completely renovated by the new owner and will serve as the firms US headquarters for its aeronautic components operation. Aero Trade was represented by Paine Wetzel’s Chaimovitz, SIOR (who happens to be Chaimovitz’s son!). The seller was represented by Nick Saraceno, Executive Vice President of CTK Chicago.
