Anthony Marano Company is expanding and has leased 4.34 acres adjacent to their current location at I-55 and Damen in Chicago for additional parking space. The company opened in 1949 and became one of the largest Midwest tomato distributors. Today, the company distributes a complete line of fresh produce from their state-of-the-art 350,000 square foot facility. Patrick’s Gourmet Cookies has leased 3,500 square feet of space at 1900 N. Austin Boulevard in Chicago to relocate their operations from 4501 W. Madison in Chicago. The local cookie maker chose this facility primarily due to the proximity of the expressway and this bakery operation. The leased space is a fully-equipped bakery and is within a building that features docks, drive-in doors and parking for employees.
