Automation Systems, Inc., a manufacturer of automotive parts, has purchased the 30,185 square foot building at 2001 N. 17th Avenue in Melrose Park, Illinois. The company is expanding and relocating their operations from Franklin Park, Illinois.
Gregory Wright, Senior Vice President and Adam Naparsteck, Associate of Paine/Wetzel/TCN Worldwide represented the buyer in the transaction and Todd Heine of Avison Young worked on behalf of the seller, Bob Graham.
