Paine Wetzel – TCN Worldwide principals Jerry Sullivan and Ed Wabick represented Great Lakes Reloading in the purchase of a 386,675-square-foot warehouse facility at 13535 S. Torrence Ave. Pricing was not disclosed. The new owners provide shipping and warehousing services.
Among the property’s advantages are its proximity to I-57, having dual rail spurs, multiple rail providers to the site and a large landsite—some 65.63 acres—for transload. The acquisition will allow Great Lakes Reloading to increase its continued business growth.
