The 13,180 SF industrial building has been acquired by Centurion Faith, LLC for $2,145,000.
Shirley Kanamu, Blanche Golia and Valley Coleman of Pacific Coast Commercial represented the seller in the transaction.
The 13,180 SF industrial building fronting I-5 sold for $2,145,000. The building, which was formerly home to MTM Builders, Inc., will become the new South Bay location of flooring wholesaler Rayo Wholesale, Inc.
