Orangetheory Fitness, one of the world’s fastest growing fitness franchises, signed a 10-year, 5,761-square-foot lease to occupy retail space on the ground and concourse levels at 605 Third Avenue, a 1.1 million square foot, Class-A office tower in Midtown Manhattan. The new fitness studio is slated to open next year.
