Broadway Ridge, LLC purchased the Mingo Village Apartments and the Clarland Apartments at 9501 East 10th Street in Tulsa, Oklahoma. This property consisted of two separate properties of 25 units and 40 units. While located adjacent to each other, they were operated separately. The buyer recognized the opportunity to rebrand the entire property and operate it as one property. The location is on historic Route 66 which is getting attention from the City of Tulsa with signage and beautification projects to highlight it’s significance as a major tourist attraction. In January Casey's General Stores paid Route 66 Plaza, LLC $1,075,000 for 1.84 acres of retail land in Route 66 Plaza at 4301 N. Sara Road. Danny Rivera of Price Edwards handled the off-market lease of 117 E. Hill, a 19,760 SF industrial building. The property is a fully climate controlled tilt-wall building with heavy power and loading docks. Rivera represented the landlord in leasing the property to PJ Investments, LLC. The transaction took less than 30 days to complete without a sign or internet marketing efforts.

HEBCO, INC. leased 12,525 SF at Walnut Square Shopping Center at 2203 SW 74th Street in south Oklahoma City. The stand alone building was previously leased to Wrights Business School and now the Engineering firm will occupy the entire premises in the first quarter of 2020.
