An Oregon investor recently completed the $5,250,000 purchase of Vintage Place Shopping Center in McMinnville, Oregon. The transaction was closed as part of a 1031 Exchange by the buyer.
Vintage Place Shopping Center is a 39,000 Sq. Ft. multi-tenant shopping center located at 911 Highway 99W, McMinnville, Oregon. The center, built in 2006, was 98% leased at the time of sale. Tenants include Aaron’s Rentals, Anytime Fitness, Eiffel Grill and H & R Block. New tenants recently leasing at the Center are Ace Cash, Grow Geek Garden Supply and Momiji Sushi restaurant.
