NORRIS & STEVENS/TCN WORLDWIDE ANNOUNCES FINNEY PROMOTION, TWO NEW AGENTS
PORTLAND, OREGON, MARCH 23, 2011 - Norris & Stevens, Inc./TCN Worldwide is pleased to announce the promotion of one of our top producing veteran agents to Senior Broker, as well as the addition of two new agents to its roster.
Scott Finney, a consistent top-producing commercial/industrial agent, has been promoted to the title of Senior Broker. In 2010, he executed over sixty lease transactions and closed two sales. Scott has been the firm’s Leasing Broker of the Month three of the last four months and was also Norris & Stevens’ Industrial Broker of the Year in 2009. Over his career, he has represented both notable tenants and owners throughout the Portland area.
Brad Macomberjoined the firm in December, 2010 and brings with him invaluable experience in retail investment sales. His role at Norris & Stevens is handling both leasing and sales in the retail sector. Macomber holds an undergraduate degree in Marketing from the University of Utah and a JD from Willamette Law. Prior to his career in commercial real estate, Macomber was a practicing attorney with Hunt & Associates, PC for three years
Roger Lorenzejoined the firm in January, 2011 and will focus on the leasing and sales of office and retail properties. He joins Norris & Stevens after relocating to Portland from Salt Lake City, Utah. Roger brings with him extensive knowledge and experience in both tenant and landlord representation with a small commercial firm in Salt Lake. Lorenze holds a Bachelor of Science in Communications from the University of Utah.
