PORTLAND, OREGON, MARCH 1, 2011 - Norris & Stevens, Inc./TCN Worldwide is pleased to announce that the firm has served as advisors to 1st Independent Bank in the sale of the Yeon Building to RGOF Yeon Building, LLC. Norris & Stevens, Inc./TCN Worldwide has acted in the capacity as both property manager and leasing agent for 1st Independent Bank since they took the property back from the prior owner in a deed-in-lieu of foreclosure on October 1, 2010.
The Yeon Building, located at 522 SW Fifth Avenue, Portland, Oregon, is a 16-story, 126,170 square foot, historically significant office building built in 1911. The building is home to such notable tenants as Western Wood Products Association, Science Application International Corporation (SAIC), Multnomah Defenders, and Friends of the Columbia Gorge.
