The property was vacant at the time of sale and bought by an owner/user who represented themselves. They plan on renovating the property and leasing out suites once completed. Financing was done through the SBA at Bank of America with a portion of the renovations being included in the loan. The property is ideally located on 0.40 acres in Portland with access to all major arteries and amenities such as Washington Square Mall and Redtail Golf Course.
