Norris & Stevens, Inc., one of the largest locally-owned, full-service commercial real estate firms in Oregon and SW Washington, today announced that it has appointed David T. Keys, CPM®, CCIM® as Chairman of its Board of Directors.
Mr. Keys assumed the duty of Chairman, in addition to his duties as Managing Director and Principal Broker, effective September 2, 2020. He brings to the role over 40 years of experience, with a proven track record of success in the commercial real estate industry.
Mr. Keys began his career with Norris & Stevens in 1983 as a Multi-family Property Manager. In 1988, he left the company briefly, only to return in 1989 to assume the role of Executive Vice President of Multi-family Property Management. He continues to oversee operations for this department, managing eight asset managers and a total of 150 projects with over 9,000 apartments.
With this announcement also comes the appointment of Joe Adrian as Secretary to the Norris & Stevens Executive Committee. Mr. Adrian joined Norris & Stevens in 2000 and also serves as an Asset Manager, overseeing a portfolio of 20 multi-family properties totaling ± 2,500 units.
