5 Star Investment, LLC recently completed the $2,567,000 purchase of the Fred Meyer Fuel Station, approximately 1.34 acres in retail space located at 14007 NE 3rd Court in Vancouver, Washington.
The property is located on the high traffic commercial corridor of NW 139th street in the Salmon Creek neighborhood of Vancouver. The service station was built in 2015 and has nine fuel pumps. The 1.34 acre site is 25 minutes from Portland International Airport with great access to I-5 and I-205.
