CoStar Group, Inc., the leading provider of commercial real estate information, recently announced the Power Broker Quarterly Deals winners for the third quarter of 2022. Out of the top ten (10) largest office leases, Norris & Stevens, Inc. brokers were involved in three (3). Five brokers—Luis Martin del Campo, Tim Pfeiffer, Camden Muller, Matt Lyman, and Jack Schaub—had deals making the list of winners for Oregon and the Portland metro area. Winners are determined based on deal value and square footage.
The top lease of the quarter was done by Luis Martin del Campo, who represented both the Landlord and the Tenant in the lease of South Trails Shopping Center, located at 61303 S Hwy 97 in Bend, Oregon. Approximately 34,761 square feet was leased in the transaction to Journey Church in Bend.
Tim Pfeiffer and Camden Muller represented the Landlord in the lease of the Talbert Center, located at 12250-12360 SE Sunnyside Road in Clackamas, Oregon. Approximately 10,300 square feet of retail space was leased to Cascadia Health, a mental health services clinic.
Matt Lyman and Jack Schaub represented the Tenant in the lease of 7515 NE Ambassador Place in Portland, Oregon. Approximately 8,854 square feet was leased to the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, who have two existing offices in Portland.
