Base Knock NW, LLC dba D-BAT Academies recently completed the $3,236,803 lease of an approximately 24,583 SF in the Greenburg Space Center located at 11131 SW Greenburg Road,Tigard, Oregon.
The building is situated at the corner of SW Greenburg and SW Tiedeman Ave, and offers ample parking for D-BAT’s newest baseball and softball training facility.
Founded in 1998, D-BAT Academies offers batting cages, clinics and lessons with professional instructors to aspiring young baseball and softball players. With over 100 locations across the United States, D-BAT features well-lit, indoor climate-controlled facilities, with an environment that invites parents to be a part of their ballplayer’s development, along with a top notch pro shop to provide all equipment needs. D-BAT is a great addition to the Tigard area and an excellent amenity for active ballplayers in the neighborhood.
