The 27,925 square foot apartment complex was constructed in 1997 and is situated on 1.78 acres of land. Glen Ridge consists of a mix of nineteen 1 bedroom/1 bathroom units at 575 square feet, nineteen 2 bedroom/2 bathroom units at 850 square feet, and a single family home at approximately 850 square feet. The multi-family complex was 100% occupied at closing, had one owner, and was professionally managed since its delivery.
