Sunset Moran, LLC and Sunset Berg, LLC recently sold the Sunset Village Apartments located at 140 Morse Park Way in Longview, Washington. The 66 unit multi-family property was purchased by Sunset Village Apartments, LLC for $7,300,000. The transaction represented a top sale for 2020 in the Longview market at $110,606 per unit.
Longview continues to have a strong rental base with high demand for apartment units. Sunset Village was 100% occupied at closing. The property was recently renovated with new roofs, windows, siding and other miscellaneous improvement work completed.
