The property is situated on 0.58 acres of land in a multi-property park. Constructed in 1981, the concrete-tilt building is equipped with office storefronts, grade-level doors, and dock access for select suites. At the time of purchase, the building had five tenants and was 100% occupied. The five tenants include CMI – Maria Traczewski, Quest Staffing, Precision Label, Compass Group USA, and Bellagios Pizza International.
