Constructed in 1979 and renovated in 1991, the 2-story, approximately 20,474 square foot, office building is situated on 1.41 acres of land in the West Five Employment District of Beaverton. The building is equipped with 12,519 square feet of available office space, consisting of a mix of private offices, conference rooms, open office space, and break rooms.
