Constructed in 1977, the apartment complex is situated on 0.55 acres of land and includes approximately 6,448 square feet of rentable building area. The apartment complex is made up of (4) duplex style buildings, featuring vaulted ceilings, brick fireplaces, and expansive patios. Capitol Point Apartments offers (8) 2 bedroom/1 bathroom units at approximately 806 square feet each. Four of the units were recently renovated.
