National Retailer Taco Bell expands into Enola with New Look

Ted Pfeifer, Vice President-Retail at Landmark Commercial Realty, Inc. who represented Taco Bell franchisee, is proud to share they are set to start construction on their newest locations in Enola, PA, located on Valley Road at the entrance to the new Giant grocery store.  Construction should begin within the next 60 days, and is projected to open in the Fall 2017.  They will employee between 7-10 persons.

The new concept design loses the stucco façade and dons a more modern look and added landscaping.  A patio area is also a new addition to the updated design.  When speaking about the new design and expansion plans, Ted Pfeifer shared, “The actual layout and design are specific to each property and will change based on the lot size and location.  The new design has been well received and we continue to look for additional locations in the Harrisburg market.”

Unlike other parts of the retail market, “not every retail store is struggling, QSR sales in certain sectors are doing well.”  Reuters reported in early May, “Taco Bell traffic rose 5 percent during the first quarter, bucking a stubborn restaurant industry slump that is nagging major brands including McDonald's Corp”.
