Stephen's experience has equipped him with a sharp eye for detail, allowing him to excel in roles that demand precision and thoroughness. Through his passion for real estate, critical thinking aptitude, and whole-hearted dedication, Stephen has delivered significant value to his clients.
Starting at Moody Rambin in the summer of 2018, Sam has since completed 186 transactions, leased, and sold 4.1M square feet and 36 AC of land, equaling $150M of consideration. His ability to work closely with clients to understand their unique needs and goals, negotiate favorable terms, and manage the transaction process has earned him a reputation as a trusted advisor-- Sam brings a wealth of knowledge and personalized service to every transaction.
