Moody Rambin/TCN Worldwide in Houston Announces Several Recently Completed Office and Industrial Transactions

INDUSTRIAL 

Houston: Tuesday, February 18, 2020 

Kalidwal Investment, LP leased 81,250 square feet at 4545 Eastpark Drive, located in Eastwood Industrial Park Subdivision in Houston Texas. Zack Taylor, Doyle Toups and Tommy Erwin of Moody Rambin represented the building owner during negotiations. 

Midland Industries leased 35,560 square feet at 5544 Armour Drive, located in the Houston Harbor Subdivision in Houston Texas. Zack Taylor, Doyle Toups and Tommy Erwin of Moody Rambin represented the building owner during negotiations. Will Condrey at Cresa represented Midland Industries during negotiations. 

Johnson Space Center Federal Credit Union sold 2121 Market Street; a 16,810 square foot banking facility and office building in Galveston Texas. Bob Gulley of Moody Rambin represented the seller during negotiations. Kelli McClure of Berkshire Hathoway represented the buyer, Dualmont LLC, during negotiations. 

G&H Diversified leased 12,000 square feet at 5874 Cunningham Road in Houston Texas. Jim Autenreith and Chris Ochterbeck of Moody Rambin represented the owner during negotiations. 

Pacific Plast, Inc. leased 10,724 square feet at 10641 Haddington Drive in Houston Texas. Jim Autenreith and Sam Rayburn of Moody Rambin represented the owner during negotiations.
