Frameworks has leased 64,968 square feet in Interstate Commerce Center, bringing the 414,016-square-foot project on Cypress Station Drive, near FM 1960 and Interstate 45, to 100 percent leased. Copeland Commercial and Hillwood will break ground on phase two, consisting of two buildings with 333,600 square feet. Ryan Fassett with Moody Rambin represented Frameworks. Matteson Hamilton and Heremy Lumbreras of Stream Realty Partners represented the landlord.
