(Houston, Texas – October 30, 2020) – An undisclosed buyer purchased Bennington Street Business Park, a two-building warehouse portfolio totaling 33,000 square feet at 301 Bennington Street in northeast Houston. The property is situated on 1.26 acres and was built in 1979. Jim Autenreith and Stephen Ghedi of Moody Rambin’s Industrial and Investment division represented the seller, an undisclosed investor.
