The team behind Monkey’s Tail, a popular restaurant and bar in the Lindale Park neighborhood, leased the spot formerly occupied by Petrol Station at 985 Wakefield Drive. Chris Ochterbeck with Moody Rambin’s Industrial and Investment Services division represented the owner in bringing the property to market for lease and during negotiations.
Opening one of the first modern spots in Lindale Park a year ago, Monkey’s Tail quickly became the spot for food and drinks within the neighborhood. The group plans to bring unique cocktails, friendly food, and a community-centric vibe to the 985 Wakefield Drive establishment later this fall.
