In the last 14 months, Fred Paris and Monty Spencer of Mid-Atlantic Commercial have brokered the sale of ten self-storage properties to a national storage acquisition company. The facilities, comprised of both climate and non-climate controlled units, totaled 519,417 square foot and sold for a combined total of for $40,425,000.
Four Hampton Roads-based facilities located at 4815 Station House Road in Chesapeake, VA; 5868 Jefferson Avenue in Newport News, VA; 5393 Mooretown Road in Williamsburg,VA and 18539 Mary Ball Road in White Stone, VA sold on January 29, 2016.
Two New Jersey-based facilities located at 1005 Route 9 South & 3414 Bayshore Road, Cape May, New Jersey sold on June 1, 2015.
Two North Carolina-based facilities located at 2675 Whiskey Road in Aiken, NC and 441 Clemson Road in Columbia sold on January 4, 2016.
And two Hampton Roads-based facilities located at 2649 Production Road in Virginia Beach, VA and 3959 Garwood Drive in Portsmouth sold in December, 2014 for $6,950,000.
