Fred Paris and Monty Spencer of Mid-Atlantic Commercial have brokered the sale of three Class A self-storage properties in the Williamsburg Area for Prime Group Acquisitions, LLC. The three Class A facilities represent over 180,000 gross square feet, comprised of climate and non-climate controlled units.
