LS Commercial represented the ownership of Midwest Commerce Center which is located in Gardner, KS (metro KC). The park is a JV development between LS Commercial and USAA Real Estate Company. We completed the successful negotiations for a build-to-suit / long-term lease with Excelligence Learning Corporation (headquarter in Monterey, CA). The building will be 646,400 SF at completion, delivery of the state of the art distribution center will be Dec of 2018.
