Levrose Commercial/TCN Worldwide Sells Commercial Building in Old Town Scottsdale for $1.8 million


Levrose Commercial Real Estate/TCN Worldwide has completed the sale of a commercial building in Old Town Scottsdale. ChurchPlace, Inc. bought the rare standalone building at 3625 N. Marshall Way in Scottsdale, AZ for $1.8 million. The seller was World Trade Investments, LLC. 

3625 N Marshall Way is a 5,502 square foot, single-tenant building with high end finishes, a BONUS basement, and is located in the heart of Old Town Scottsdale. This premier location offers direct access to an abundance of Class A office, shopping, dining and multi-family projects. The building is a quick walk from the Arizona School of Real Estate and Scottsdale's Museum of the West. It is minutes from the Scottsdale Galleria, the high-tech hub that houses 4,000 employees from Yelp!, Weebly, SAP and McKesson.
