LevRose Commercial Real Estate/TCN Worldwide has released the top 5 completed transactions for January of 2021

Zak Kottler, Joe Cosgrove, Hunter Chasse, and Aaron Cook of LevRose/TCN Worldwide facilitated the sale and the purchase of 7001 E. McDowell Road in Scottsdale. Totaling 14,145 square feet, the office building was sold by CC Patio, LLC for $3,100,000 in late January and purchased by TTZ Holdings, LLC. 

The sale of 1520-1530 E. Bell Road in Phoenix recently completed. With 6,168 SF, this car dealership was sold by F&G Investments, LLC for $1,705,000 and purchased by DFP Properties, LLC. This deal was facilitated by Aaron Norwood of LevRose/TCN Worldwide. 

Mark Cassell and Matt Beeks of LevRose/TCN Worldwide negotiated the lease of 7878 N. 16th Street in Phoenix, which totals 8,340 square feet. 

Danielle Davis, Trent McCullough, Mark Cassell, Garrett Pedicini and Matt Beeks of LevRose/TCN Worldwide negotiated the lease at 3300 N. Hayden Road in Scottsdale. This 1,528 square foot building was a leased by Starbucks corporation. 

The building at 7272 E. Indian School Rd., Suite 101 was recently leased in January. With 4,025 SF, this lease was negotiated by Keri Davies and Jason Reddington of LevRose/TCN Worldwide.
