Scottsdale-based Commercial Real Estate Firm Makes the Nationally Recognized List
SCOTTSDALE – LevRose Commercial Real Estate, one of the Scottsdale’s leading commercial real estate firms, has been named on the Inc. 5000 List. The annual list recognizes the fastest growing companies across the U.S.
“This is our third year being recognized on the Inc. 5000 List and we couldn’t be more excited,” said Jon Rosenberg, managing partner and designated broker of LevRose. “We have seen substantial growth at LevRose and appreciate that it has not gone unnoticed.”
The Inc. 5000 is ranked according to the percentage of revenue growth over a three-year period. To be eligible for the list, companies must have been founded and generating revenue by the first week of the starting calendar year and therefore able to show three calendar years of sales. Each company has to be U.S. based, privately held, and independent- not subsidiaries of other companies. Revenue in their initial year must have been at least $100,000, and revenue in the most recent year must have been at least $2 million.
LevRose was one of only 236 real estate firms that were selected for the Inc. 5000 List. The firm was one of only 13 Arizona real estate firms that made the list.
