Colby Pool was hired as an advisor bringing an invaluable understanding to the LevRose retail team while specializing in the representation of retail landlords and tenants. Prior to joining LevRose, Pool consulted for a REIT successfully purchasing residential properties in bulk for the purpose of acquiring a large holding portfolio. Hunter Peek joined LevRose in 2018 as a college intern and soon realized his passion for the commercial real estate industry. After learning about the business through industrial sales and leasing, he decided this was the right career. He quickly obtained his Arizona real estate license and joined the team as a full-time advisor shortly after. Hunter grew up in the Southeast Valley and has extensive knowledge of the region. Naturally, he has decided to continue working in this area and specialize in the industrial sector.
