CAMP HILL, PA (January 27, 2020) – Landmark’s Director of Operations, Barb Murdocca, has been appointed to serve as Vice-Chair of the Pennsylvania Association of Realtors’ (PAR) Commercial Industrial & Investment Committee. She was initially appointed to the committee in January 2016.
The mission of the committee is to serve Realtors® who buy, sell, lease, manage or appraise commercial, industrial, and investment real estate by working with PAR to promote, educate, legislate and communicate commercial business to members. The committee meets a minimum of three times a year. It includes representation from the Commercial Overlay Boards, the Institute of Real Estate Management, the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors®, and the Certified Commercial Industrial Members.
Murdocca’s commercial real estate career began in a property management role over two decades ago in Washington, DC. She has been with Landmark Commercial Realty since 2013 and is a licensed Realtor®.
