The 390,000-square-foot distribution facility at 100 First Ave. in Gouldsboro, York County, was acquired from Exeter Property Group by a holding company for Broad Range Logistics of Atlanta. The facility wills serve as its new Northeast distribution center for the existing customer base they service. Landmark Commercial Realty negotiated the transaction.
