Landmark Commercial Realty Inc. Announces Recent Transactions

Lemoyne, PA (April 12, 2018) – Landmark Commercial Realty Inc. is pleased to announce the firm has recently closed the following commercial real estate transactions:

97 MED, LLC purchased 97 N 36th Street, Camp Hill (the former Franklyn Salon).  Bo Mangam of Landmark Commercial Realty represented the seller; Roy Brenner, also from Landmark, represented the buyer.  (Camp Hill Borough, Cumberland County)

Jessamy Rose d/b/a Skin Hair Nails, LLC leased 2300 SF of retail space at 15 S 35th Street, Camp Hill.  Jessamy will operate an upscale salon. Bo Mangam of Landmark Commercial Realty negotiated the lease transaction between the landlord (Ed and Stephanie Stence) and tenant. (Camp Hill Borough, Cumberland County)

Grove Collaborative, Inc. recently signed a long term lease for approximately 175,000 SF of Class A speculative new construction warehouse space at 35 Conewago Road, Elizabethtown, within Conewago Industrial Park.  Jason Grace, CCIM, SIOR, SVP at Landmark Commercial Realty, negotiated the transaction with the tenant and landlord, Conewago Contractors Inc.  (West Donegal Township, Lancaster County)

Mechanicsburg Area School District recently acquired 28 acres of commercial land situated at 130 Gettysburg Pike, Mechanicsburg.  Jason Grace, CCIM, SIOR, SVP of Landmark Commercial Realty, negotiated the transaction with the buyer and seller, Hess Family Estate. John Kline recently leased office space at 2001 N. Front St., Harrisburg, PA.  Andrew Kohr, of Landmark Commercial Realty, represented the tenant; Sean Fitzsimmons, Drew Bobincheck, and Chuck Heller, also from Landmark, represented the landlord in the transaction.  (Harrisburg City/Dauphin County)

Prominent Medical Staffing Agency has leased Suite 102 at the Frankenberger Building located at  219 East Main Street, Mechanicsburg from Olde Mechanicsburg Historical Associates. Landmark’s Bo Mangam and Drew Bobincheck handled the lease negotiations. (Mechanicsburg Borough, Cumberland County)

Childhood Daycare Oasis, LLC has leased daycare space at 2336 N. 3rd St., Harrisburg. Sean Fitzsimmons, of Landmark Commercial Realty, represented the landlord and the tenant in the transaction. (Harrisburg City, Dauphin County)

Pennoni Associates, Inc. has leased 12,000 SF for their new office located at 5072 Ritter Rd., Mechanicsburg. Sean Fitzsimmons, of Landmark Commercial Realty, and Tom McDugall, of Newmark Knight Frank, represented the tenant in the transaction. (Upper Allen Township, Cumberland County)

Drs. Domingo & Veneranda Alvear have recently sold their office building located at 2600 N. 3rd Street, Harrisburg to Leticia Chavez Freed for legal office use.  Seymour Barget, of Landmark Commercial Realty, represented the sellers, and Jason Hubler, of Exit Strategy Solutions, LLC, represented the buyer. Radiant Global Logistics, Inc. recently signed a long term lease for warehouse space at 2741 Turnpike Industrial Drive, Middletown, within Turnpike Industrial Park.  Jason Grace, CCIM, SIOR, Senior Vice President at Landmark Commercial Realty, negotiated the transaction on behalf of the tenant; Ida McMurray, of NAI/CIR, represented the landlord.  (Lower Swatara Township, Dauphin County)
