Lemoyne, PA (March 14, 2018) – Landmark Commercial Realty, Inc. is pleased to announce the firm has recently closed the following commercial real estate transactions:

207 House Avenue LLC recently purchased a 25,000 SF fully-leased office investment property located at 207 House Avenue, Camp Hill.  Jason Grace, CCIM, SIOR SVP at Landmark Commercial Realty, negotiated the transaction between the buyer and seller, 207 Associates L.P.  (East Pennsboro Township, Cumberland County)

381 Independence Avenue, LLC recently purchased a 50,000 SF fully-leased industrial flex warehouse property located at 381 Independence Avenue, Mechanicsburg.  Jason Grace, CCIM, SIOR, SVP at Landmark Commercial Realty, negotiated the transaction between the buyer and seller, Independence Avenue Investments LLC.  (Upper Allen Township, Cumberland County)

The Dapper Dog Grooming Salon will be relocating to 106 South St. Johns Drive, Camp Hill. They will be located in the rear of the building. Sean Fitzsimmons, of Landmark Commercial Realty, represented both the landlord and tenant in the transaction. (Hampden Township, Cumberland County)

The Fairness Law Center recently leased 3,000 SF at The State Street Building located at 500 N 3rd Street, Harrisburg. Jason Grace, CCIM, SIOR, SVP of Landmark Commercial Realty, negotiated the transaction on behalf of the landlord, State Street Building, LLC and Greg Rothman of RSR Realtors negotiated the transaction on behalf of the tenant. Walter Tillman has just recently leased office space at 4076 Market St., Camp Hill. Sean Fitzsimmons, Drew Bobincheck and Chuck Heller (all of Landmark Commercial Realty) represented both the landlord and tenant in the transaction. (Hampden Township, Cumberland County)

Approved Code Services has leased 2,640 SF of office space at 5060 Ritter Road, in Mechanicsburg. This is a relocation for them to newer, and larger space as their company continues to grow. Drew Bobincheck, CCIM represented the landlord in the transaction. (Lower Allen Township, Cumberland County)

Jamila A. Samuels d/b/a Retikis Open Arms Child Care leased her third daycare center at 3050 Canby Street, Harrisburg, PA from Mohammad and Umtul Ashraf. Bo Mangam of Landmark Commercial Realty handled the lease negotiations. (Harrisburg City, Dauphin County)

CBJ Development has recently leased office space located at 764 Corporate Circle Suite 500, New Cumberland.  Sean Fitzsimmons of Landmark Commercial Realty represented both the tenant and the landlord in the transaction. (Fairview Township, York County)

Andrew Kohr has sold 221 N Second Street, Harrisburg to Second and Cranberry LLC for future development.  Andrew represented both buyer and seller in this transaction.  (Harrisburg City, Dauphin County)

Comfort Keepers of York has leased 360 SF of office space at 217 Third Street, New Cumberland.  Kathryn Dwyer from Bennett-Williams Commercial worked with the tenant and Andrew Kohr from Landmark Commercial Realty represented the owners, MML Bridge Street LLC. (New Cumberland Borough, Cumberland County)
