  • The former Hammaker Flowers building located at 839 Market Street, Lemoyne was sold to Ella Properties LLC for office use. Andrew Kohr from Landmark Commercial Realty was the only agent involved in the transaction. (Lemoyne Borough/Cumberland County)
     
  • 80 Second Street, LLC recently purchased a 3,038 square foot commercial building located at 519 S. 29th Street in Paxtang Borough. Roy H. Brenner of Landmark Commercial Realty represented the buyer; Kevin Potter of Rhino Realty Group, Inc. represented the seller - Waypoint Bank.  (Paxtang Borough/Dauphin County)
     
  • Perdue Foods LLC recently sold 25.53 acres of industrial land in Monroe County, Pa. to RCI Properties LLC. Daniel Dutcavich of Landmark Commercial Realty negotiated the transaction on behalf of the seller. (Coolbaugh Township/Monroe County)

  • 916 S. 18th STREET, LLC purchased the 13,249 square foot commercial/flex building located at 916 S. 18th Street in Harrisburg. Chuck Heller and Roy H. Brenner handled the transaction on behalf of the seller, Crist Holdings, LLC. (Harrisburg City/Dauphin County)
     
  • Commonwealth Partners has purchased a 4,300 square foot retail condominium at 420 N 3rd Street, Harrisburg. Greg Rothman of RSR represented the buyer; Drew Bobincheck, CCIM and Sean Fitzsimmons of Landmark Commercial Realty represented the seller, LUX 1. (Harrisburg City/Dauphin County)

  • Miracle Mile Diner has just recently leased a restaurant located at 1251 Harrisburg Pike, Carlisle.   • Keener Drive Associates recently purchased a 1.73 acre commercial land site located at Keener Drive, Lot #4 in Silver Spring Township. Roy H.   • CM Estates Management, LLC/CV Management, LLC recently acquired two manufactured home communities known as Conodoguinet Mobile Estates and Country View Estates in Newville. The communities totaled 236 pads with additional expansion possibilities.
