CAMP HILL, PA (January 19, 2021) – Effective Tuesday, January 19, 2021, Landmark Commercial Realty, Inc. has transferred to new ownership.
Jason Grace, CCIM, SIOR, a Landmark agent for over 20 years, has recently acquired the company
from David J. Remmel, P.E., SIOR and will become its new CEO & Managing Principal. Grace will continue leading Landmark’s client-focused team, which was founded by Remmel in 1988.
Remmel will remain with Landmark as an Associate Broker and will continue to serve his clients’ real estate needs. Grace is looking forward to continuing Landmark’s success in the industry, stating, “It is our goal to sustain the excellent reputation and standing created by Dave Remmel and the Landmark team over the last three decades”.
