Camp Hill, PA (February 7, 2020) – Landmark Commercial Realty Inc. is pleased to announce the firm has recently closed the following commercial real estate transactions:
 
Bowser Properties, LLC purchased an office building located at 121 Pine Street in the City of Harrisburg. Roy H. Brenner of Landmark Commercial Realty, Inc. negotiated the transaction on behalf of both the buyer and the seller, Pennsylvania Tavern Association. (City of Harrisburg/Dauphin County)
 
Conduent, Inc. signed a new long-term office lease for 23,500 SF located at 1000 Rosedale Avenue, Middletown PA. Conduent Inc. (NYSE: CNDT) is a technology-led business process services company headquartered in New Jersey. It was formed in 2017 as a divestiture from Xerox Corporation. The company, which offers digital platforms for businesses and governments, reported over $7 billion in revenue in 2017 and has over 65,000 employees in more than 40 countries. Bellefonte Waterfront Associates purchased land at 130 Dunlap Street, Bellefonte, PA, from the Bellefonte Area Industrial Development Authority. The four-acres of land will be developed to include a new hotel and event/meeting venue, and another proposed building will host a mixed-use building. The project is expected to break ground in the second quarter of 2020. Barb Murdocca and Ted Pfeifer of Landmark represented the seller; Tommy Songer, CCIM of BHGRE Commercial, represented the buyer. Hardware Resources, Inc. signed a new warehouse lease for 38,908 SF located at 7253 Grayson Road, Harrisburg. HR, founded in 1989, is a luxury kitchen and bath hardware finishes firm headquartered in Bossier City, LA. The company is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Dimora Brands and has seven (7) distributor locations nationwide. Its divisions serve kitchen cabinet dealers, kitchen and bath showrooms, custom cabinet makers, independent hardware stores, and other customers globally and online via their e-commerce platform. Hamilton Health Center, Inc. purchased an office condominium located at 895 South Arlington Avenue in Lower Paxton Township. Andy Kohr of Landmark Commercial Realty, Inc. represented the buyer. Watchem Grow, LLC purchased a 5,245 SF commercial property located at 4931 Carlisle Pike in Hampden Township. Roy H. Remarc Properties, LLC purchased a retail property located at 2298 W. Harrisburg Pike, Middletown, from Dorlaine Investment Company. The new owner intends to develop the property for use by Budget Car Sales Co. Bo Mangam of Landmark Commercial Realty, Inc. negotiated the sale on behalf of the buyer; Gary Nalbandian of Lee-Associates of Eastern Pennsylvania Co. represented the seller.
