Conduent, Inc. signed a new long-term office lease for 23,500 SF located at 1000 Rosedale Avenue, Middletown PA. Conduent Inc. (NYSE: CNDT) is a technology-led business process services company headquartered in New Jersey. It was formed in 2017 as a divestiture from Xerox Corporation. The company, which offers digital platforms for businesses and governments, reported over $7 billion in revenue in 2017 and has over 65,000 employees in more than 40 countries. Bellefonte Waterfront Associates purchased land at 130 Dunlap Street, Bellefonte, PA, from the Bellefonte Area Industrial Development Authority. The four-acres of land will be developed to include a new hotel and event/meeting venue, and another proposed building will host a mixed-use building. HR, founded in 1989, is a luxury kitchen and bath hardware finishes firm headquartered in Bossier City, LA. The company is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Dimora Brands and has seven (7) distributor locations nationwide. Its divisions serve kitchen cabinet dealers, kitchen and bath showrooms, custom cabinet makers, independent hardware stores, and other customers globally and online via their e-commerce platform.
