Camp Hill, PA (November 18, 2019) – Landmark Commercial Realty Inc. is pleased to announce the firm has recently closed the following commercial real estate transactions:

KINBER leased an office space located at 801 East Park Drive in Swatara Township. Jessica Gasper of Campbell Commercial Real Estate represented the tenant; Thomas T. Dr. Daniel Hodge purchased the building located at 1800 Carlisle Rd, Camp Hill. Andrew Kohr from Landmark Commercial Realty Inc worked with both Buyer and Seller on this transaction. (Lower Allen Township/Cumberland County)

The Eberly Family Partnership sold Lot #4, a 3.78 AC commercial land site, located at the intersection of Rt. 114 & Gettysburg Pike in Upper Allen Township, Mechanicsburg to G Pike Associates LLC of Harrisburg for a new speculative medical office development project. A portion of the site will serve as a new Penn State Health medical patient center serving the surrounding community.
