Cohen & Parker Properties, LLC purchased an office building located at 6310 Allentown Boulevard in Lower Paxton Township. Thomas T. Posavec of Landmark Commercial Realty negotiated the transaction on behalf of both the buyer and the seller, Patriot Investment Associates, LLC.  (Lower Paxton Township/Dauphin County)

Group 4 Sales has leased space at 800 Corporate Circle, Harrisburg.  Sean Fitzsimmons of Landmark Commercial Realty represented the tenant in the transaction. (Susquehanna Township/Dauphin County)

Linlo Properties XIV, LLC purchased a 1.76-acre lot located at Lot #57 SS Isabel Drive/Tuck Business Park in North Cornwall Township. Roy H.
