Right At Home has leased 3705 Trindle Road (Suite 106), Camp Hill.  Sean Fitzsimmons, Chuck Heller and Drew Bobincheck, CCIM, of Landmark represented both the landlord and the tenant. (Hampden Township/Cumberland County)

WE RE, LLC purchased the land located at 137 S. 17th Street, Harrisburg. Brad Swidler of NAI/CIR represented the buyer; Sean Fitzsimmons of Landmark represented the seller. (City of Harrisburg/Dauphin County)

The Vista Foundation, Inc. leased a space located at 659 Spring Garden Drive in Lower Swatara Township. Todd Decker of Realty Management Associates, LLC represented the tenant; Thomas T. Posavec of Landmark represented the landlord, ALL RE, LLC. (Lower Swatara Township/Dauphin County)
