Landmark Commercial Realty Inc. Announces Recent Transactions

Lemoyne, PA (January 22, 2019) – Landmark Commercial Realty Inc. is pleased to announce the firm has recently closed the following commercial real estate transactions:

SSYS has recently leased office space at 2001 N. Front Street, Harrisburg.  Sean Fitzsimmons, Drew Bobincheck, CCIM and Chuck Heller of Landmark Commercial Realty represented both the landlord and the tenant in the transaction. (Harrisburg City/Dauphin County)

Esterline Research and Design has leased 1,300 square feet of office space at 25 East Lisburn Road, Mechanicsburg from Patrick and Terry McLoughlin.  Andrew Kohr of Landmark Commercial Realty was involved in the lease transaction. (Upper Allen Township/Cumberland County)

Blom & Byrne, LLC, from Los Angeles, Calif., purchased a mixed-use investment property located at 2-10 S. Union, Middletown from Dana Ward. Bo Mangam of Landmark Commercial Realty handled the sale negotiations between the buyer and seller.  (Middletown Borough/Dauphin County)

MAXCARE HCBS LLC has leased office space at 20 Erford Road, Lemoyne from Linlo Properties IV LP.  Andrew Kohr, from Landmark Commercial Realty, represented the tenant and owner in the transaction. (East Pennsboro Township/Cumberland County)

1910 George Avenue, Carlisle has been sold to 2126 Properties Carlisle, LLC. The 5.2 acres of land was preliminarily approved to build 48 multi-family apartment units on the property. Sandwich Restaurant opened at 3499 Market Street, Camp Hill. Tenant Doug Barry, owner of Pizza Grille in Camp Hill, leased restaurant space from Stephanie and Edward Stence. Locust Lane LLC recently purchased an approximately 14,000 square foot office building located in Susquehanna Township. Thomas T. The Itero Group, LLC recently leased 5,293 square feet of office space at 145 Limekiln Road, Suite 200, New Cumberland within Yellow Breeches Business Center.
