The Salesman of the Year recognition is presented to the agent that had the highest commission volume (gross) for the year. Grace has successfully negotiated and closed over $85 million in transaction volume during 2018 alone.
Specializing in industrial and office brokerage, business park development and institutional investment transactions, Grace spends most of his time representing national and regional corporate clients as well as individuals providing logistical consulting, labor analysis and tenant/landlord representation.
He has served as the point of contact for many of the firm’s most significant industrial, office and investment transactions during his tenure and is experienced in portfolio analysis, lease negotiations and acquisitions/dispositions.
