Landmark Commercial Realty Announces Recent Transactions

Camp Hill, PA (July 30, 2021) – Landmark Commercial Realty is pleased to announce the firm has recently closed the following commercial real estate transactions:

Landmark Commercial Realty has leased more than 30,000 square feet of space at 151 Allendale Road to Keystone Nationals Select Baseball. This location will serve as the new headquarters and training facility for one of the elite youth baseball programs in Central Pennsylvania. The Pennsylvania Cyber Charter School (PA Cyber), headquartered in Midland, PA, signed a long-term lease for their 13,643 SF of office and classroom space to relocate their regional educational Harrisburg branch campus to 3721 Tecport Drive, Harrisburg, PA. Jason Grace, CCIM, SIOR, CEO & Managing Principal at Landmark Commercial Realty / TCN negotiated the transaction on behalf of the tenant; Michael Curran, SIOR, President of Landmark Commercial Realty / TCN, represented the landlord, DK Tecport Limited Partnership, a wholly-owned affiliate of Triple Crown Corporation, in the new lease transaction. (Swatara Township/Dauphin County)

The Boyer Agency LLC from Hollidaysburg, PA, has leased 1,254 SF office space on the 2nd Floor of 5521 Carlisle Pike, Mechanicsburg, for their insurance office. New Freshido, LLC and Xiang You purchased Duke's Bar and Grill Restaurant at 1715 East Chocolate Avenue in Hershey, PA. New owners will renovate and expand the restaurant and transition into a Hibachi Steakhouse and Seafood Restaurant.
