Landmark Commercial Realty Announces Recent Transactions

Camp Hill, PA (June 22, 2021) – Landmark Commercial Realty is pleased to announce the firm has recently closed the following commercial real estate transactions:

Niko and John Kranias, dba Aphi Properties, LLC, have purchased 99 W. Portland Street in Mechanicsburg, PA. The eight-unit apartment complex was formerly Legacy Properties II, LLC. Justin Shoemaker, Executive Vice President of Landmark Commercial Realty represented the seller. (Borough of Mechanicsburg/Cumberland County)

1400 State Road in Duncannon was sold to Richcreek Holdings, LLC. The property will be developed for commercial usage. Landmark Commercial Realty represented the seller, Kim Lenker. (Penn Township/Perry County)

Formerly Troups Auto & Transmission Repair, the new owners plan on redeveloping the property. Groundwater Sciences Corporation signed a new long-term lease for their 6,881 SF office space located within the Susquehanna Center at 2550 Interstate Drive, Harrisburg, PA. Five acres of land located at 2001 State Rd., Lancaster, PA was recently sold. The property will be developed as a national convenience store. The building at 108-112 Walnut St., Harrisburg owned by Attorney Earl Etzweiler was sold to N & R Group LLC. The building will undergo a total rehab for future apartments.
