Landmark Commercial Realty Announces Q1 Recent Transactions

Camp Hill, PA (May 4, 2022) – Landmark Commercial Realty is pleased to announce the firm has recently closed the following commercial real estate transactions during the first quarter of 2022:

Linn St, LLC has purchased the Dollar General located at 99 Lewisberry Rd, New Cumberland, PA. Sean Fitzsimmons, Director, Sales, and Leasing, and Justin Shoemaker, Executive Vice President, both of Landmark Commercial Realty represented the sellers Goldstone 1, LLC; Chris Black of Keller Williams represented the buyer. Knaub Rabon Enterprises purchased a 5.3-acre commercial lot at Eisenhower Boulevard in Swatara Township. Thomas T. Posavec of Landmark Commercial Realty negotiated the transaction on behalf of the buyer and the seller, Minerva Vranicar Irrevocable Trust. (Swatara Township/Dauphin County)

Department of Veterans Affairs, Lebanon VA Medical Center has signed a long-term lease for a 37,500-SF warehouse/office space at 1625 Willow Street, Lebanon, PA, from Bridge Properties, LLC. Boots to Health, a training and wellness facility focusing on the unique needs of the veteran and first responder communities has leased 1,100 SF at 5023 Trindle Road in Mechanicsburg from Becker Properties. Nick Sallack, from Landmark Commercial Realty, represented the tenant; Seymour Barget, also of Landmark, represented the landlord. (Upper Allen Township, Cumberland County)

HL Bowman Building, LLC purchased the 4,300 SF commercial building located at 58 East Broadway in the Borough of Red Lion, PA. Chuck Heller, Executive Vice President at Landmark Commercial Realty, handled the transaction on behalf of the buyer.  (Borough of Red Lion/York County)

1070 S Cameron Street, Harrisburg, has been leased to local gourmet ice cream maker Urban Churn. The location will serve as their new production headquarters. In addition to this new location, Urban Churn operates shops on N 3rd Street in Harrisburg and on the Carlisle Pike in Mechanicsburg. Turnkey Family Fun Center, located at 10 S 22nd Street in Lebanon, was recently sold. The former Yogey’s Miniature Golf and Ice Cream Parlor was rebranded as Game Time Fun Center and will open to the public on April 29, 2022. In the transaction, Sean Fitzsimmons of Landmark Commercial Realty represented both the buyer, Game Time Fun, Inc., and the seller, TLC Services, Inc. (North Cornwall Township, Lebanon County)

Epic Guru, LLC purchased Bear Creek Commons in Wilkes-Barre, PA a 21,572 SF retail plaza anchored by Buffalo Wild Wings and Aspen Dental. Taylor Johnson from Taylor & Co Salon Suites LLC has purchased the former Valentine Hair Replacement Building at 4200 Trindle Rd, Camp Hill, PA. Andrew Kohr of Landmark Commercial Realty/TCN represented the buyer; the sellers, George and Constance Valentine, were represented by Coldwell Banker Realty, the Bedorf-Prince Team.
