KINDERCARE OPENS IN CHATHAM, NEW JERSEY
ISELIN, NEW JERSEY (September 3, 2014) — Sitar Realty Company-TCN Worldwide announces the completion of a 10,000 sq. ft. build-to-suit project for KinderCare Learning Centers at 45 Main Street in Chatham, New Jersey. The daycare center is situated at the former location of the Parrott Mill Inn on the corner of Main Street and Parrott Mill Road in Chatham. As part of the development, Sitar Realty Company preserved the historic Parrott Mill Inn originally built in 1780.
KinderCare has signed a long term lease to operate the facility. KinderCare offers year-round child care and early education for children ages 0-12 years. The Chatham location has capacity for 128 children and created approximately 20 childcare provider jobs.
