The Seller, RAK Investments Inc, was represented by Michael DeSantis and Brett MacDougall, Senior Brokers, with Unique Properties Inc. The property sold for $4,750,000 or $486 per Square Foot.

The property consists of two buildings totaling 9,762 rentable square feet, which are currently 100% leased to an internet-resistant, service-oriented tenant mix that includes Chase Bank, VCA Animal Hospital, and a local accounting firm. The Buyer of the property was in a 1031 Exchange and was attracted to the tenant mix and location.
